Important Terms & Conditions

Every Mr. SHOT Instant Water Heater is tested before dispatch and is certified to be in proper working condition at the time of sale.

  • This warranty is valid only for genuine Mr. SHOT products purchased from an authorized dealer or through the official website and is applicable only within India.
  • The purchase invoice (bill) is the only valid proof of purchase and warranty. Customers must retain the original invoice and produce it while claiming warranty.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal domestic use and installation as recommended in the User Manual.
  • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced, as applicable, within the warranty period. All defective, replaced, or repaired parts shall become the property of Mr. SHOT or its authorized dealers.
  • Warranty service will be provided within a reasonable period, subject to the availability of spare parts and service support.
  • Transportation, courier, dismantling, reinstallation, or any other incidental expenses shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Mr. SHOT.
  • Mr. SHOT, its dealers, distributors, and authorized service partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or property damage arising from improper installation, misuse, negligence, or use of the product contrary to the User Manual.
  • This Warranty Shall Be Void If
  • The product is installed or operated contrary to the instructions provided in the User Manual.
  • The product is damaged due to mishandling, transportation, accident, negligence, abuse, or improper installation.
  • Incorrect voltage, improper electrical wiring, inadequate earthing, or insufficient electrical protection is used.
  • Damage occurs due to natural calamities including flood, cyclone, lightning, fire, earthquake, or other force majeure events.
  • The product is repaired, modified, dismantled, or altered by any unauthorized person.
  • The product comes into contact with corrosive chemicals or other harmful substances.
  • The product label or identification markings have been removed, altered, or tampered with.
  • The defect arises due to commercial, industrial, rental, or institutional use unless specifically covered under a separate commercial warranty.
  • Damage is caused by hard water, salt water, scaling, or mineral deposits unless specifically covered under warranty.
  • Accessories, complimentary items, promotional gifts, or installation materials are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Mr. SHOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except as required under applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the purchase, use of the product, warranty, services, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
